Beverly Davis, Account Executive

I am a newcomer to Houston coming from South Florida where I lived most of my life.  What I have found I love about Houston are the people, and their love of family.

I have two daughters, Kimberly and Krysten and my grandson, Bodhi.  When Kim told me she was going to adopt a baby I knew I could no longer stay in south Florida but had to be here to be an active part of his life.  So, after fifteen years with a Regional Bank as their Human Resource Director I put it behind me and went onto this new phase of my life.

The industry is new to me however the people I meet are great!  I have discovered this is the best way to learn about my new city, my new home!

Kimberly Davis Guerra, Publisher & Co-Owner

Kimberly Davis Guerra

Kimberly Davis Guerra started her publishing career in Miami working for the publishing giant Knight-Ridder back in 1991. Her publication was quickly gobbled up by The Economist Newspaper out of London in 1994 and she was stationed in Houston to open a remote office. She fell in love with the city and its inhabitants and never looked back. After travelling extensively, she knew she wanted to settle down so she looked for a local publication to hang her hat on. She found Houston Family in 2001 and has not looked back since. Once onboard, Kim began a mission to drive the magazine to be the best that it can be. Her tireless efforts, guidance and wealth of knowledge keep the team on track.
